Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required per facility policy.
• BLS certification preferred or required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, home exercises, and precautions.
• Maintain clinical documentation meeting policies and regulatory standards.
