Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP preferred or required per facility policy.
• BLS certification preferred or required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing safety.
• Provide evidence-based SLP interventions to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises.
