Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans to improve communication and swallowing function across diverse clinical settings.

Responsibilities include performing assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP license in the state of practice; CCC-SLP preferred or required per policy.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology interventions to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
  • Perform assessments utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other professionals to coordinate care.
