Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders across multiple clinical settings.

Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, educates patients and families, and documents findings per policy while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Evidence-based evaluation and treatment approaches for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborates with physicians, rehabilitation staff, nursing personnel, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintains accurate, timely clinical documentation and adheres to policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and quality of life.
• Perform assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation and coordinate care with the care team.
• May provide therapy across various clinical settings based on facility needs.
