Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Work with a compassionate team in a state‑of‑the‑art rehab gym, providing evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Current New York State SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality of information and ensure secure processing.

Roles and expectations of a great therapist include:

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
