Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. We offer mentorship, clinical support, and flexible schedules with evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.
