Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinic in Sugar Land, TX. This full-time, on-site position offers 30-minute direct sessions and collaboration with BCBA, OT, and clinical leadership for pediatric and adolescent ASD patients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Texas state professional license required.
• Minimum three years of experience with children diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress.

Job Description

Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress
