Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in McKinney, TX is seeking a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist to join our clinic-based team. You will deliver pediatric and adolescent SLP services, including 1:1 sessions, assessments, and treatment planning in collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, and clinical directors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Texas state licensure to practice required.
• Preferably 3+ years experience with children diagnosed with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on treatment and patient progress.
• Flexible scheduling options including part-time and hourly positions.

Job Description

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to pediatric and adolescent patients!

This role is a Full-Time position on-site at our McKinney clinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30-minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Flexible Options: We also offer part-time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism
