Job summary

Therapy and Beyond is looking for a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide top-notch speech-language services in our Fort Worth clinic. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering direct Speech-Language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Unencumbered license to practice in Texas.
• At least three years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide direct Speech-Language services in sessions.
• Collaborate with other clinical professionals and discuss progress with caregivers.

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical DirectorsConsult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
