Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Fort Worth clinic in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will provide clinic-based speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, 1:1 sessions, and ongoing parent communication, with flexible part-time/hourly options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations of pediatric and adolescent patients with ASD.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 direct Speech-Language pathology services in 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with supervisors, BCBA s, OTs, and Directors.
• Consult with parents/caregivers about treatment progress.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Texas state licensure (unencumbered)

Job Description

Within this role, ourSpeech and Language Pathologist (SLP)willwork in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is aFull-Timeposition & on-site at ourFort Worthclinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
• Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Flexible Options:We also offerpart-time and hourly positionsfor qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
