Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Fort Worth clinic, delivering 1:1 services within an ABA-based program. This full-time on-site role focuses on pediatric and adolescent ASD populations, with collaborative supervision and ongoing treatment planning.

You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team to co-treat with BCBAs and OTs, while engaging families to discuss progress and goals, in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas state license to practice.
• Preferably 3 years of experience with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations of pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct speech-language services in 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with BCBA, OT, and Clinical Director.
• Consult with parents on treatment progress.

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is a Full‑Time position & on‑site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech‑Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co‑treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Flexible Options: We also offer part‑time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
