Salary ranges from $104,000 to $135,200 annually with full/part time options. A sign-on bonus is available, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, referral bonuses, and relocation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current California license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with policy and state/federal regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Entry Qualifications and Skills:

• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
