Salary ranges from $104,000 to $135,200 with full- or part-time options and a sign-on bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, referral bonuses, and relocation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California license to practice.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Prefer 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate residents and develop care plans.
• Provide direct resident treatment per care plan.
• Administer, score, and interpret hearing and speech tests.
• Assist residents with functional swallow techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Complete required forms per policy and regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Entry Qualifications and Skills:

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.
