La Crescenta Healthcare Center in California is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver resident-centered care within scope of practice and federal guidelines.The role offers a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $135,200 annually, a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO, plus relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• California state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
