Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for on-site school-based services for the 2026-2027 year. CFs welcome and mentorship is emphasized within a clinician-led culture.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and TX licensure or eligibility, with fingerprint and TB clearances required. Salary offers vary by region and experience; onsite school settings offered.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct TX school-based speech-language therapy ethically and legally.
  • Perform assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with parents/teachers/IEP team on service delivery.
  • Develop goals aligned with curricular standards and document progress.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducting ethically and legally defensible TX school-based services
  • Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
  • Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
  • Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
  • IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current TX SLP license/credential or eligibility
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
