SPG Therapy & Education is a clinician-led practice in Richmond, CA, offering a strong mentoring program and focus on school-based services for children and families. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, with CFs welcome, and CA licensure or eligibility.

The role pays $82,000–$120,000 per year depending on the school year calendar. The position includes opportunities for supervision, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package for staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CA school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and supervise interns or SLPA as needed.
• Settings Available: Onsite; salary determined by years of experience and geographic region.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Potential for intern, SLPA, or Clinical Fellowship supervision responsibilities
• Settings Available: Onsite; School Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
