Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Richmond, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Master’s degree required; CFs welcome. This role focuses on school-based services with ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP team on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation, and generalization of skills.
• Maintain therapy logs, data collection, and attendance.
• Write IEP goals aligned to curricular standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
• Settings Available: Onsite; School
