Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required; CFs are welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per school year calendar.

The role involves school-based, on-site services, thorough assessments, and collaboration with IEP teams. This three-days-per-week schedule leverages strong mentoring and a clinician-led culture while supporting family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
