Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Texas is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; CFs welcome.

You will conduct ethics-based school-based assessments, write evaluation reports, participate in IEP meetings, and support students through targeted therapy. The role offers onsite school settings, mentoring, supervision, and a benefits package with professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current TX SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible TX school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Write goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
