Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services during the 2026-2027 year. The role supports children and families with clinical services, assessment, and IEP collaboration in a teacher partnerships setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current NM SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible NM school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Modify or generalize skills; maintain therapy logs and data.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible NM school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NM SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
