The SLP will document progress with objective measures and coordinate with the Director of Rehabilitation Services to ensure quality care and appropriate discharge planning. Licensure and ASHA CCCs are required, with PA licensure current and active.

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
