Creekside Village/Ravenwood is actively seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver rehabilitative therapy for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will assess, treat, and document outcomes per regulatory standards, aiming to improve function and return patients to their prior level of functioning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• ASHA CCCs certification required.
• Active Pennsylvania state license required.
• One year experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Creekside Village is seeking a Full Time SLP!

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.

This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Must be ASHA certified (CCCs)
• Must have current and active license with the state of Pennsylvania
• One year experience in long-term care or related setting preferred
