Job summary

Glendale Transitional Care Center is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents in a compassionate, professional setting. The role offers a salary range of $104,000 to $135,200 per year, with full or part-time options and a sign-on bonus.

California licensure and Clinical Competency certification are required, along with a MS in Speech-Language Pathology and clinical experience. We provide medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO, plus relocation assistance for qualified

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
