Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Colorado school-based team for the 2026-2027 year. The role focuses on ethically delivering services, assessments, and collaboration with IEP teams to support student outcomes.

We offer a mentoring program, local supervision, and opportunities for professional development within a clinician-led organization dedicated to helping kids and their families. Onsite school settings are available.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current CO SLP license/credential or eligibility.
  • Fingerprint background clearance.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ethically and legally defensible Colorado school-based services.
  • Perform appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Consult and collaborate with parents/teachers/IEP team regarding service delivery.
  • Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
  • Write IEP goals in support of curricular standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
