Job summary

Qualifications
- MS in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Current CA license required by state law.
- Certification in clinical competency.
- One year clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents and patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities.
- Under physician direction, provide direct patient treatment per established plan of care.
- Plan and conduct rehab programs to restore communicative function.
- Administer, score, and interpret speech-related tests.
- Instruct residents and families on practicing new skills at home.
- Complete forms and documentation per company policy and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Devise tools and treatments tailored to patient needs.
