Qualifications

Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California is required.
Certification in Clinical Competency is required or preferred.
One year of clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
