Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients to restore speech-language function, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and educate patients for post-discharge carryover.

Position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state license. Salary is experience-based with a $5,000 sign-on bonus; day shifts and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered license to practice in the state.
• Ability to navigate software including EHR and service delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Restore patients to speech-language function in a skilled nursing setting and guide therapy goals.
• Educate patients and families for carryover after discharge and document progress.
