Job summary

Inglewood Healthcare Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled assessments and treatment within a patient-focused care plan. You will evaluate residents, develop care plans, and administer speech and swallowing therapies under established guidelines.

The position requires an MS in Speech-Language Pathology, CA state licensure, and preferred 1 year of clinical experience, plus a Clinical Competency certification. A sign-on option may be available.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the State of California.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
