Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role. This position offers flexibility with mentorship and a supportive team led by experienced therapists.

You will evaluate and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety. Located at River's Bend Health & Rehab.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of prior experience as an SLP preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
