Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role in Rib Lake, WI. The clinician will partner with a therapy team to provide high-quality care, with the freedom to schedule work around personal life while maintaining team collaboration.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
