Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, building individualized plans and monitoring progress within a supportive clinical team.

This PRN role offers daytime shifts with opportunities to contribute to patient education and family coaching, while maintaining a flexible schedule that fits your life and clinical goals. Located in Rochester Hills, MI.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current SLP license in state; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
