Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team at Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA. Work when you want within a supportive clinical setting, helping maintain high-quality patient care.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license with CCC-SLP, and preferably 1 year of experience. You will evaluate, treat, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication and swallowing safety.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Education
