Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN services, with the freedom to select your schedule while maintaining team-structured care. You will support patients across speech, language, and swallowing needs and contribute to ongoing care planning within a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes independent evaluation, plan development, and patient/family education to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
