Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest-growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years old across 18 clinics, using a play-based model. As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will help children reach their full potential while practicing evidence-based methods. We seek an energetic, growth-minded pediatric SLP who enjoys working with a diverse caseload and is creative in educating children’s families.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Preferred: 1 year of pediatric experience; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Conduct evaluations, treatments, consultations, and discharge planning for children in outpatient settings.
• Maintain detailed communication with healthcare providers via reports, calls, and other methods.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and assist patients with standing or sitting. Use hands for assistance, reach with arms, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
