Compleat KiDZ is the largest multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina, offering Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years old across 18 clinics using a play-based model. We are seeking an energetic, growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric experience who enjoys working with a diverse caseload and educating families creatively. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Successful background check.
• Conduct evaluations, treatment, consultations, and discharge planning for children in outpatient settings.
• Maintain detailed communication with healthcare providers via reports, calls, and other methods.
• Assess and recommend appropriate assistive technology and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs within the clinic.

Physical Demands
