Description:

Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model. Our team approach to patient care and ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof set us apart.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assist children in reaching their full potential, using evidence-based practices. We seek an energetic, growth-minded SLP with pediatric experience who enjoys working with a diverse caseload and educating families creatively.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Perform evaluations, treatment, consultations, and discharge planning for outpatient children.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system.
• Communicate thoroughly with healthcare providers via reports, calls, etc.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.
