Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest-growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years old across 18 clinics, using a play-based model. Requirements & Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Pass a background check.
• Conduct evaluations, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain detailed communication with healthcare providers through reports and calls.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, assist patients with standing/sitting, reach with hands and arms, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
