Grand Valley Behavior (GVBSC), out of Grand Junction Colorado, provides "new" ABA and is seeking a part-time speech pathologist, with flexible scheduling and the potential to move to full-time if the right candidate so desires. Telehealth is also a possibility for the right candidate.
In the position of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be providing individually tailored therapy services to children, primarily ages 2 to 10 years of age, with the possibility of clients up to the age of 21. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing clients, creating individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, conducting collaborative and consultative services for caregivers and other professionals.
You should have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and hold a current/valid license in the State of Colorado. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
A strong candidate will have a passion for working with children, a love of learning, a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and a desire to work collaboratively with other service providers to support children, primarily ages 2 to 10.
