Compleat KiDZ - Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Compleat KiDZ is the largest multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina, offering services across 18 clinics. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy for children from birth to 18 years, utilizing a play-based model.

We are seeking a passionate, energetic Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric experience to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a diverse caseload and is creative in engaging children and their families.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of pediatric experience; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina SLP licensure and ASHA certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge processes in an outpatient setting.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers via reports and calls.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs within the clinic.
