Qualifications

• Education Masters Degree, Speech Language Pathology (Required)
• Experience 1 year Speech Language Pathology (Preferred)
• CCC-SLP certification required (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, determines SLP diagnoses, and develops plan of care.
• Provides speech therapy procedures to restore/maintain speech, language, motor, and swallowing abilities.
• Enters reassessments and updates plan of care with physician and team.
• Prepares notes and supports discharge planning; coordinates with team and Home Health Aides.
