The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCC-SLP and Virginia licensure; CPR/BLS within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 1 year Speech Language Pathology experience preferred.
• ASHA CCC-SLP and VDHP licensure upon hire; CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and augmentative/alternative communication support.
• Train and educate families and caregivers; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Record progress and adjust care plans to meet discharge criteria.
