Riverside Health System is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist at our Riverside Home Health and Hospice site in Gloucester, VA. You will conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and plan of care to restore and maintain speech, language, motor, and swallowing abilities in diverse home health settings.

Responsibilities include reassessments, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• 1 year SLP experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP and Virginia licensure preferred or required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, determine SLP diagnoses, and develop plans of care.
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapies and document outcomes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and assist in chart reviews and meetings.
• Possess flexibility to work across patient care settings and schedules.
