• CKK: CCC-SLP preferred; CPR/BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and augmentative/alternative communication for severe disorders.
• Educate and train family/caregivers and professionals.
• Carry out and adjust treatment plans to meet discharge criteria.
• Record progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
