Corewell Health is seeking a part-time speech-language pathologist to provide therapy to patients at Pennock Hospital in Hastings, MI. The role includes educating patients and caregivers and coordinating adaptive equipment as needed. A sign-on bonus of $1000 is offered for external hires.
Preferred credentials include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC/CFY eligibility and Michigan licensure. This is a part-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Master's Degree, Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), ASHA.
Experience in adult/children neurological speech and language disorders, evaluation and treatment, including aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, laryngectomy, stuttering, and voice disorders.
Experience with head and neck cancer, tracheostomies, cognition, TBI, dementia, and modified barium swallow studies.
Certificate of Clinical Competence, America Speech-Language-Hearing Association, (required) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Licensure in Speech Pathology-Michigan (required) or temporary license during the CFY (required).
