Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to patients across care communities, delivering screenings, evaluations, and tailored treatment plans while collaborating with facility teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients according to the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation's standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Uphold professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
• Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
