Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, evaluating patients and developing care plans. You will collaborate with facility staff to support patient communication, cognition, and swallowing, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) required.
• Valid state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Ability to screen, evaluate, and develop plans of care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and oversee SLP treatment programs.
• Maintain license and stay updated with regulations.
• Coordinate care with facilities and case managers.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
