You will discharge patients, manage case coordination, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding professional standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plan.
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with facilities and clients.
