Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality SLP services in patient care settings. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and implement evidence-based treatment plans, with discharge planning and case management as part of a collaborative care team.

Maintain active state licensure, stay informed on regulatory updates, and participate in continuing education and clinical leadership development to drive excellence across our networks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation's standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
• Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
