Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning while complying with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes maintaining professional conduct, coordinating with facilities, and advancing clinical expertise through our continuing education platform.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of Speech-Language Pathology therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge plan, and case management responsibilities.
• Maintain professional conduct that represents Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy.
