Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist at our Rivergate Campus in Michigan. The SLP provides direct speech therapy to patients under physician referral, adhering to Life Care standards and applicable laws. The role emphasizes cognitive care services and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have a MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and a current state license. New grads welcome; CPR can be obtained if not current.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCCs or eligible for CFY
• Current state license in good standing
• 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification or able to obtain during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to patients per physician referral
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with Laws and Life Care standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Loster/changing patient goals as needed based on progress
